Five people were killed when a passenger van crashed into a fence on the Central Luzon Link Expressway on Tuesday morning.

Nine others were injured in the 8 a.m. accident in Tarlac City.
The driver said he lost control of the vehicle while traversing the expressway.
The injured were treated by the Philippine Red Cross-Tarlac on site and taken to hospitals.
Police said the incident could be considered a self-accident as no other vehicles were involved.
The PRC-Tarlac has set up an assistance desk for victims.
PRC Chairman Richard Gordon thanked staff and volunteers for their swift response.
Follow-up investigation is ongoing.
