Blending business and leisure in Batangas' growing commercial hub

A new chapter opens in Batangas’ first integrated business district as The Golf Range at Lima Estate breaks ground, with operations set to start in November 2025. The facility offers a straightforward blend of work and play for employees, residents, and visitors.
Developed by Partners and Properties Inc., the facility follows the success of its flagship range in San Fernando, Pampanga. Covering one hectare, the new golf range will feature 24 driving bays, a café, and professional coaching services. It is designed to be practical for both seasoned golfers and newcomers. Future plans include a second level and a full 18-hole golf course, expanding recreational choices beyond Metro Manila.
Clifford Academia, vice president for operations of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates, emphasized the role of the new facility in strengthening Lima Estate’s position as a well-rounded business district. “This project is a major step forward in realising our vision for Biz Hub at Lima Estate. With Lima now home to over 180 companies and 75,000 employees, developments like The Golf Range add tremendous value. It brings a new dimension to our ecosystem—promoting wellness, connection, lifestyle, and community.”

This project is a key feature within the 70-hectare Biz Hub at Lima Estate, a district that combines commercial, office, retail, institutional, hospitality, and recreational spaces. The development is anchored by other projects such as The Outlets at Lima, the largest outdoor lifestyle mall in Batangas; Aboitiz Pitch, the biggest artificial turf football field in Southern Luzon; and additional facilities like Lima Exchange and RedLink Hub. Together, these developments support a vibrant community of over 75,000 employees across more than 180 businesses.
Arnulfo Delos Reyes, president of Partners and Properties Inc., highlighted the broader impact of the collaboration on the district’s ongoing growth. “We see this milestone as the start of a meaningful and long-term partnership between Partners and Properties Inc. and Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates. We look forward to complementing Biz Hub’s commercial vision with leisure experiences that contribute to a more vibrant, connected, and thriving community,” he said.
The new golf range cements Biz Hub at Lima Estate’s goal of creating a future-ready district where work, leisure, and everyday living seamlessly meet, giving businesses and residents more reasons to stay, connect, and thrive.
