Several areas in Parañaque to experience power outage on Aug. 12
The city government of Parañaque announced that several areas in the city will experience a power outage due to the temporary removal and re-installation of facilities affected by the launching of the C5 Southlink Expressway project girder along Multinational Avenue in Barangay Moonwalk.

The Manila Electric Company (Meralco) will implement a power service interruption on August 12 from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on August 13, according to the post of the Parañaque Public Information Office (PIO).
Meralco will temporarily cut the power service to a portion of circuit BF 425 WU.
The affected areas of power service interruption are the portions of Carlos P. Garcia Avenue (C5) from LBC Central Exchange to Bagong Parañaque Housing Subdivision; Global Compound; Teheran Street; SM Asinan Warehouse Complex; Parañaque City Environment and Natural Resources’ Material Recovery Facility; Homeworld Central Warehouse; Ace Hardware Warehouse; Watsons Warehouse, and Airspeed Southwest Metro Manila Warehouse.
The other areas to be affected by the power outage in the city are portions of Purok 7 Multinational Road from Multinational Avenue to Our Mother of Perpetual Help Village and in Barangays La Huerta and Moonwalk.
