Actor and businessman RS Francisco has expressed his desire to return to theater acting, but he is unable to do so due to time constraints.
During lunch in Quezon City recently, RS said he's not closing his doors to theater acting. "It's just a matter of scheduling."
Asked about his dream project, the President of Frontrow said he has already done it. "Ang dream project ko is M Butterfly. (My dream is M Butterfly) I've done it several times and got tired of doing it."
RS added: "Para sa akin okay na because I have done my dream role. Let's explore other roles. Pero hindi ko alam kung ano pa ang role na gusto ko gawin. Pambato ko talaga yang M Butterfly. "I am okay because I have done my dream role. Let's explore other roles. But I don't know what other role I want to do. M Butterfly is my dream.)"
Should RS return to the theater, RS said he could collaborate with any actors. He just produced 'Faney' with Cecil Bravo. But when it comes to theater acting, when he's coming back.

"Lahat sila gusto kong maka-collab. Babalik ako sa 'Into the Woods.' Sabi ko, 'Ang galing naman nito.' We were seated in front. Wala akong maipintas. (I want to collaborate with all of them. I'm going back to 'Into the Woods.' I said, 'This is great.' We were seated in front. I have nothing to criticize.)"
"Being the bitch that I am, wala akong makita. They were all pitch-perfect. May mga hindi ako kilala sa cast pero ang galing nila. (I didn’t see any flaws. Everyone performed flawlessly. Some cast members are unfamiliar to me, but they excel.)
"For me, if I could collaborate with any of them. I am open to collaboration. Ganun naman tayo ngayon di ba? (That's how we are now.) We work hand in hand to do something magical," he said.
RS also said he was inspired by his father to do well in the field he chose. "Whatever I do, I need to excel. He told me, 'Whatever you do, just do it with all your heart."
Sam Verzosa, CEO of Frontrow and business partner of RS, also joined the lunch for the showbiz press. Sam wished RS a happy birthday as the former theater actor turned a year older last Aug. 8.
