Gary V premieres 'Shout For Joy' video performance and returns to New Zealand and Australia for new shows

GARY Valenciano, known affectionately as “Mr. Pure Energy,” is set to amaze audiences once again with the upcoming premiere of his iconic “Shout For Joy” video performance.
Scheduled for upload today, Aug. 6, Wednesday at 8 pm, fans worldwide can experience the showcase on Gary V’s official YouTube channel.
The “Shout For Joy” video captures the high-octane live performance that opened his celebrated "Pure Energy: One Last Time" concert at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in April 2024.
This unforgettable number, brought to life under the expert guidance of concert director Paolo Valenciano and musical director Mon Faustino, is a celebration of energy, music, and pure talent.
Video coverage director Nico Faustino and editors Gary V and Gerard Lopez masterfully crafted the visual experience, while the song’s new arrangement and sound mixing were handled by Gary V, himself, alongside Rards Corpus.
Choreographed by the talented MJ Arda, the performance features Gary V backed by an impressive ensemble of 80 dancers composed of The Manoeuvres Ignite, A-Team, and the Pure Energy ensemble.
And to make this week even hotter and more exciting due to insistent public demand, Gary V will also be flying back to New Zealand and Australia for a series of highly anticipated live performances.
His previous concerts Down Under in March earlier this year received standing ovations, proof of his timeless appeal and unstoppable energy.
Set to take place on August 10 in Auckland at the Sir Woolf Fisher Arena, Due Drop Events Centre, and on August 16 in Canberra at the Snow Concert Hall, Canberra Grammar School, these shows promise to deliver the same passionate and high energy performances that fans have come to love.
Presented by Manila Genesis Entertainment and Management in cooperation with E-Talent International and promoted by JN88, these events are expected to be two of Gary V's major highlights of the year.
Mr. Pure Energy continues to mesmerize audiences, most recently as he returned to the Smart Araneta Coliseum appearing as a highlight performer at the joint 80th anniversary concert of healthcare brands Unilab and Mercury Drug.
His segment which drew a standing ovation, filled with classic hits and lively medleys, wowed the audiences. The crowd went wild when he went offstage, danced, and sang with the fans.
The very next day, the ASAP host and Idol Philippines’ judge drew many tears as he performed for the I Want To Share Foundation for children with cancer.
