Just like any other company, Bounty Fresh Group Holdings Inc. aims to sustain and grow its business in the Philippines. But unlike others, Bounty isn’t content with being a market leader. The company is on a mission to leave things better than they were, always improving, innovating, and serving a greater purpose beyond profit.
As a key player in food production, Bounty recognized that the backbone of livestock farming lies in the nutrition animals receive. The company saw how the quality of the feed directly affects animal health, growth, and ultimately, meat quality. To ensure consistency, meet standards, and reduce reliance on third-party suppliers, Bounty made the strategic decision to formulate its own feeds, driving innovation in animal nutrition from within.
After seeing positive results from its internal operations, Bounty saw an opportunity to expand its feed production and share this innovation to the public—with hopes of making a positive impact to the industry. In 2014, it launched Inoza Feeds, extending its nutrition expertise to support the wider livestock and poultry industry.
“We saw a clear gap in the market for science-based, farmer-focused feeds,” said Atty. Kenneth Cheng, president and CEO of Bounty Fresh Group Holdings Inc. “With Inoza, we wanted to deliver not just feed, but long-term value to the farming community.”
Entering the commercial scene
Inoza Feeds began with a robust line of poultry feeds under the Bounty Feeds name, supporting every stage of chicken production: from Progeny and Cobb 500 for Day-Old Chicks (DOC) and Lohmann for Day-Old Pullets (DOP), to Indian River for specialized nutrition for Parent Stock (PS). Alongside poultry, Inoza Feeds also introduced its swine feed line, Inoza Pro Hog Feeds. Amid the challenges posed by African Swine Fever (ASF), these feeds offered raisers a dependable solution that promoted stronger, healthier pigs. Inoza Pro Hog quickly earned a reputation for delivering leaner, heavier animals and improving farm profitability.
By 2015, Inoza expanded again, this time into nutrition for free-range chickens and game fowls with Gladiator and Battle Ready, respectively. These premium feeds were carefully formulated with essential vitamins and minerals to support strong physiques, healthy digestion, high reproductive quality, and reduced stress among chickens.
More recently, Inoza Feeds entered the pet nutrition segment in 2024 with the launch of Bestie and Buds Pet Food, a line tailored for household pet owners, marking yet another milestone in Inoza Feeds’ journey toward serving the entire spectrum of animal nutrition. The latest pet food line is packed with a blend of ingredients that aims to support the overall well-being and growth maintenance of pet dogs.
“Our feed programs are results-driven,” said Engr. Val Manzo, President and General Manager of Inoza Feeds. “From swine and poultry to gamefowl and pets, every formulation we produce goes through rigorous research and field testing. We don’t just develop feeds, we create solutions tailored to support animal health, optimize performance, and help farmers succeed across various stages and types of production.”

“Our feedmill operations are the heart of our quality promise,” added Ms. Alaine Cheng, Deputy Head of Bounty’s Agri Group. “By meticulously controlling every step of production, from raw materials to the final product, we ensure that every bag of Inoza Feeds contributes directly to the health of the animals and, ultimately, to delivering ‘Food Made Better' to every Filipino table.
More than just a feed manufacturer
From poultry and swine to gamefowl and pets, Inoza Feeds has grown beyond being just a feed manufacturer—it is a committed partner in uplifting and sustaining the livestock and farming industry. Through innovation, reliability, and a full value-chain approach, Inoza Feeds supports not only Bounty’s mission of delivering “Food Made Better, From Farm to Table,” but also the broader goal of “Farming Made Better”—empowering poultry and livestock industry.
Inoza Feeds also offers strong technical and after-sales support. Farmers benefit from hands-on farm advisory services, vet consultations, and accessible distribution networks. Distributors and resellers receive branding and marketing support, helping the product reach even more communities.
Last June, Inoza Feeds, in partnership with Inoza Vet, hosted the Bounty University: Farming Made Better, bringing together farmers from North and South Luzon. The two-day enrichment activity offered a comprehensive crash course on feed formulation, integrated animal health, poultry nutrition and management, and disease prevention & management.
Through Inoza Feeds, clients and partners gain exclusive access to Inoza Veterinary Products that offer a targeted range of solutions to support animal health and farm productivity. This includes Inoza Blend Liquid Oral Solutions, Vitamins & Mineral Premixes, Inoza Guard Disinfectants, and Inoza Prime Basemixes—all designed to promote healthier animals and safer farms, and ultimately aligns with the company’s commitment to Farming Made Better and Food Made Better, From Farm to Table.

Furthermore, through regional agri-events and partnerships with local government units, the company strengthens its grassroots presence, delivering training, starter kits, and animal health drives across the country.
Continuous investment in research and development, modern production facilities, and digitalization also positions Inoza for the future. With growing technical teams, tailored solutions, and a supply chain built to scale, Inoza Feeds is ready to meet the needs of both backyard raisers and large commercial farms alike.
“We believe that feeding animals well is the first step to feeding communities better,” said Engr. Manzo. “That’s the heart of what we do at Inoza Feeds.”
