Nick Vera Perez successfully stages musical event in the US

Nick Vera Perez has successfully staged Saltare Trois, a dinner-dance gathering, held at the grand ballroom of the Hilton Orrington Hotel in Evanston, Illinois.
The musical event coincided with the third anniversary celebration of his production company called Saltare (which means jump). It featured a special listening preview of four songs from Nick’s upcoming sixth album, Dancing in the Ocean, which is set for official digital release on Aug. 15 worldwide. The album will have a grand launch in a matinee theater show on Oct. 18, just two days before Nick’s annual grand birthday celebration.
One of the evening’s highlights was the grand birthday celebration of Evelyn O. Francia, surrounded by her loved ones, family, and friends, all enjoying the Hawaiian-themed ambiance. Nick and Evelyn wowed the crowd with a hybrid performance of direct dance music and live singing. Their undeniable energy and stage presence have solidified their reputation as household names in the Chicago music scene.
Another memorable moment was the coronation of the Dancing King and Queen of the night: Dr. Ed and Dr. Nida Blankas Hernaez. Crowned for the first time, the elegant couple also received an overnight hotel stay as a special prize.
Saltare Trois also proudly introduced its newest pride—The Swayers—who impressed the crowd with their performance of the national Hawaiian dance anthem, Pearly Shells. Spearheaded by Wea Stedronsky, a well-known community dancer, the group includes the equally graceful Marina DVorak, Beth Ragasa, Evelyn O. Francia, Ermie Rhodes, Loida Soco, and Daisy Evans. Their performance kept the energy alive and the crowd excited throughout the evening.
Raffle prizes were also drawn, and sponsors were warmly acknowledged for their support. The next installment, Saltare Quatre, is set for Winter 2025 or Spring 2026, with possible themes including a Valentine’s presentation or a floral-themed show.
With NvP1World, every event is curated with a touch of class and elegance—reflecting the mission to uplift and celebrate Filipino values, culture, and talent. NvP1World will be celebrating its 8th year on Aug. 8, 2026.
