Jollibee unveils new delivery app with streamlined features and celebrity support

Jollibee has launched a newly redesigned version of its delivery app, promising a more seamless and rewarding experience for customers seeking to order their fast-food favorites.
The app officially debuted on July 28 during a media launch held at Whitespace Manila, where guests were introduced to its cleaner interface, faster checkout process, and user-friendly navigation. The event also featured games and interactive zones highlighting the platform’s enhanced digital features.
“The all-new Jollibee App was designed with our customers’ needs and lifestyles in mind,” said Charisse Sumulong, Jollibee’s marketing director for digital commerce and loyalty. “We know they value convenience and great deals, so we made sure the app delivers exactly that, plus the fun and joy Jollibee is known for.”
Designed to streamline the ordering process, the app allows users to easily browse menu items and place orders in just a few taps. Whether for a birthday party, a late-night work dinner, or a quick snack break, Jollibee meals can now be delivered more efficiently across the country.
“We believe ordering food should be hassle-free and filled with joyful anticipation. That’s exactly what this all-new app delivers — joy that arrives more easily than ever before,” Sumulong added.
The launch also introduced the brand’s new celebrity ambassadors, actor Brent Manalo and digital creator Mika Salamanca.

The company emphasized that the update is more than a visual refresh. The app now includes app-only deals, such as free delivery for orders above P400, available from July 28 to October 27, 2025. New users also receive additional perks, including a free Peach Mango Pie for a minimum P100 order and a free Chickenjoy Super Meal for orders worth P600 or more.
The app is now available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
At the launch were members of the Jollibee Digital Commerce and Loyalty team, including Sumulong, Vice President for Marketing Dorothy Dee-Ching, Senior Marketing Manager Gico Go, and Assistant Brand Managers Kyle Tabagan and Jaja Sorilla.
