This lip kit is the nude combo you've been waiting for

Celebrity makeup artist Jelly Eugenio curates a limited-edition trio that flatters every skin tone

It’s always been a challenge to find the perfect nude lip color — even more so a combo that’s universally flattering on everyone. So when top celebrity makeup artist Jelly Eugenio collaborated with Mac to release a limited-edition lip kit that delivers just that, we knew it was worth adding to our makeup must-haves.
In celebration of National Lipstick Day on July 29, 2025, Jelly Eugenio curated a trio of lip essentials which consisted of the Lip Pencil in Cool Spice, Macximal Silky Matte Lipstick in Velvet Teddy, and Squirt Plumping Gloss Stick in Lower Cut.
At the official launch held on the same day at SM Aura Premier, the makeup artist presented a quick step-by-step tutorial with his muse, Jessica Yang. First, he shaped her lips using the ‘90s-inspired neutral brown pencil. “You can be generous with this because it’s such a beautiful shade—it won’t go dark on your lips,” he explained, as he softly blurred the edges to create a diffused, natural-looking definition.
He layers it with the bestselling deep-tone beige lipstick at the center for a creamy matte base. “Apply onto the inner part of the lips, softly blending it.” The final touch is an unexpected twist, which is a sheer deep brown shine that creates depth and dimension. “The gloss might look intimidating because of its dark brown shade,” he admits. “But, trust me, it just works as this adds a nice balance of brown (gloss) to the pink (base).” For the last touch, he added another layer of Cool Spice just to redefine the edges.

All together, the trio creates a sculpted, high-shine nude lip that’s wearable and flattering. But he didn’t stop there. He added a subtle, monochromatic touch by dabbing some lipstick onto the back of his hand and using his fingers to softly blend it onto the cheeks and the bridge of the nose. The result? A fresh, radiant finish that completes the look.
Eugenio shares that both he and his muse wore the same lip trio, yet the result looked distinct on each of them. On his medium skin tone, the shades appeared more muted and nude. On Jessica's fair complexion, they looked brighter and more youthful. The finish remains consistent—polished, universally flattering, and effortlessly wearable.
This lip kit is priced at P3,560 and is discounted at 20 percent off for a limited time only. Other in-store promotions include 20 percent off for three lip products until Aug. 31, 2025.
