PRO-13 awards Manila Bulletin for unwavering support
CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – The Police Regional Office-13 awarded the Manila Bulletin for its unwavering support to peace and development through factual, accurate, and timely reporting of the accomplishments of the Philippine National Police in the Caraga region during the culminating program of the 30th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month here on Thursday, July 31.

The PRO-13 led by Police Brig. Gen. Marcial Mariano P. Magistrado IV and Department of Interior and Local Government-Caraga Director Maria Loisella E. Lucino awarded a plaque to the Manila Bulletin represented by veteran reporter Mike U. Crismundo.
Other awardees were police officers and units and stakeholders in the private sector.
“PRO-13 is thrilled to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the esteemed awardees for this year's 30th PCR Month celebration,” PRO 13-RPIO chief Police Major Jenifer S. Ometer said.
Magistrado commended awardees for their exemplary performance and the private sector for their support to PRO-13.
“The exceptional dedication and unwavering commitment to serving the community have not gone unnoticed, and the PRO-13 is to recognize those individuals and partners’ remarkable contributions,” Magistrado said.
Mgistrado said awardees showed selflessness and compassion in serving the lives of those in the communities.
“Your remarkable efforts have left an indelible mark on our community, inspiring others to follow in your footsteps,” said Lucino.
