Marcos thanks outgoing Israeli envoy for role in PH-Israel ties

President Marcos has thanked outgoing Israel Ambassador to the Philippines Ilan Fluss for his contributions in bolstering the Philippines-Israel relationship.

Marcos met with Fluss at the Malacañan Palace on Thursday, July 31 during the latter's farewell call.
According to the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Marcos received the outgoing Israeli ambassador in a farewell call, "thanking him for his contributions to strengthening Philippines–Israel bilateral relations."
In October 2021, Fluss assumed the role of the Israeli Ambassador to the Philippines.
Marcos also met with officials of the Meralco Powergen Corporation and ACWA Power.
He met the officials during a courtesy call at Malacañan also on Thursday.
