Donny Pangilinan supports Moved

Last July 16, 2025, Donny Pangilinan surprised 29 MovEd kids and their parents by donating school kits, toys, and food. He also ensured that everyone was entertained by his surprise guest, the winner of “Pilipinas Got Talent,” Cardong Trumpo. He also signed and gave away books by his mom, Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan, “Meet My Superdad”.
Additionally, Donny has adopted a class and serves as the angel giver for MovEd’s Pasig Learning Lab for the 2025-2026 school year. His generous donation will support all 29 children in the classroom in Maybunga, Pasig, with a full year of education, uniforms, school kits, 120 days of feeding, teacher training, and parents’ livelihood training.
“Early childhood education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, and education is a cause truly close to my heart. I was impressed with MovEd’s alumni tracking, where their pilot class of graduates is now in Grade 12. This shows that this is the best time to teach them when their brain development is at its peak,” he said.
Donny encourages other like-minded individuals to consider supporting the cause. As the famous saying goes, “We cannot do everything, but everyone can do something.”
