Everyday payments made easy with BDO Pay
BDO Pay, an app linked to your choice of BDO bank accounts and credit cards, makes everyday payments simpler. There’s no need to cash in! You can just choose which card or account to use when paying. Here’s why it’s hassle-free.

BDO Pay, your everyday payment app
With BDO Pay, you can pay with your debit and credit cards even if you don't have them with you. You can select your preferred account or card for every scan-to-pay transaction. For convenience, you can even choose which of your BDO accounts or cards are linked to and appear on BDO Pay.

Just tap to send to anyone!
You can also send money to anyone on BDO Pay. The app lets you send money for free to BDO Pay contacts or other BDO accounts, and to other banks and e-wallets for only P10. You can also use the ‘Send Money’ function for other purposes, such as tuition fees and donations, or paying merchants without a QR code.

Because there’s always a bill to pay
BDO Pay also allows you to pay over 1,800 billers, from utilities to credit card bills, with no fees. This is especially convenient for those who pay multiple bills online. To make future bill payments even more hassle-free, you can save billers to Favorites.

Split spending among family and friends easily
When splitting bills with family or friends, it’s now easier to divide expenses and ask them to pay. Simply tap Request Money and enter the total bill. You can either split it evenly among your contacts or input specific amounts per person. Each one will receive a payment notification for easy tracking.
Need cash but don’t have your card? No problem with BDO Pay
There are times when you need cash on hand, whether for a quick purchase or an unexpected expense. With BDO Pay, you can withdraw money even without your card through the ‘Withdraw via QR’ feature. Just set the amount you’d like to withdraw, generate a QR code, and scan it at the nearest QR-enabled BDO ATM to get cash. For added security, each QR code is for one-time use and expires after a limited time.
Worry-free payments
The next time you’re shopping, dining, or simply out and about without your wallet or cards, no need to worry! With BDO Pay, you can easily pay with your cards or accounts and enjoy secure access to cash, if needed. BDO understands the importance of balancing ease and convenience with security, as both are always priorities for customers.
“Customers want to feel safe with the apps they use. That’s why BDO continuously finds ways to use up-to-date technology to combat fraud and security threats, including investing in dedicated units for Fraud Management and Cyber Security operations,” says Roy L. Villareal, BDO Unibank head of Digital Banking. “As the leading bank in the country, security measures and privacy controls are in all our digital products, including BDO Pay.”

“But we're not just about going digital. Our customers still value physical presence and personal support. That's why we offer a 24/7 contact center, extended branch hours even beyond weekdays, and the largest ATM network in the country, with more than 5,800 nationwide,” Villareal adds. “Combined with digital offerings like the BDO Pay app, we make sure that our customers are able to reach and transact with us in a way that is most convenient for them.”
