Subaru Pampanga opens to serve growing central Luzon market

Motor Image Pilipinas, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in the Philippines, has opened a new dealership in Angeles City, Pampanga in partnership with Elite Motors Commercial. The new facility, which officially opened to the public on June 19, 2025, is located along MacArthur Highway in Barangay Sto. Domingo and is part of Subaru’s expansion across Northern and Central Luzon.
Elite Motors Commercial, formed in August 2022, is already known in Pangasinan as a dealer of Vespa and Aprilia scooters. Its latest venture marks the company’s first entry into the four-wheel automotive sector. The groundbreaking ceremony for Subaru Pampanga took place in November 2024.
The Angeles City location is considered strategic, with easy access to major roads such as the North Luzon Expressway and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway. The dealership is expected to serve a growing customer base in Central Luzon, an area seen as a key market for Subaru.
“By opening this dealership, we’re not just selling cars, we’re bringing a trusted brand closer to the people who want and need it,” said Sonia Canonizado, Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Elite Motors Commercial. “We’re excited to create local employment opportunities, support regional growth, and build lasting relationships with customers who share Subaru’s values of safety, performance, and sustainability.”
The new showroom features a 210-square meter display area and a 450-square meter service area. Customers will find amenities such as a children’s play area, massage area, and coffee nook to make their visit more convenient and comfortable.
“With this launch, we take another important step in bringing the Subaru brand closer to our customers in Central Luzon,” said Karl Castillo, Country Manager of Motor Image Pilipinas. “Subaru Pampanga is more than just a retail outlet, it reflects our commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the ownership journey. Through our core technologies such as Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, the Boxer Engine, and EyeSight Driver Assist Technology, we offer not just vehicles, but confidence, innovation, and lasting value.”
The facility highlights Subaru’s core technologies and allows customers to explore the brand’s lineup. It aims to serve the growing demand for Subaru vehicles in Central Luzon by providing both sales and after-sales support.
