Sri Lankan Embassy in the Philippines organizes investment promotion visit by Colombo Port City delegation

The Embassy of Sri Lanka in the Philippines organized a visit for a delegation from Colombo Port City to engage top Philippine business leaders and showcase investment opportunities in Sri Lanka. The visit took place from June 30 to July 5, 2025.
During the visit, the delegation met with senior representatives of the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FFCCCII), the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), the Chamber of Commerce of the Philippine Islands (CCPI), the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), the Philippine–Sri Lanka Business Council, the Federation of Philippine Industries (FPI), the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and senior executives from Robinsons Land Corporation. The delegation presented the project’s vision, ongoing progress, and strategic investment opportunities.
The visit is expected to strengthen economic partnerships between the two countries and attract high-value foreign direct investment (FDI) to Sri Lanka.
