Fire hit a storage facility of a fruit packing company in Taguig on July 27.
The Taguig City Fire Station reported that the blaze started from the packaging area of the storage facility of Sancorp Best Fruits on Veterans Road, Barangay Western Bicutan
The fire started at about 3:15 p.m. with the first alarm raised at 3:21 p.m. The fire lasted for less than an hour before it was put out at 4:02 p.m.
The blaze damaged P350,000 worth of properties. The fire station added that the cause of the fire is under investigation.
A total of 10 fire trucks, a rescue truck, 13 water tanks from volunteers and local government units, and five ambulances responded to the incident.
