Body of man found floating in Dagupan City flood

DAGUPAN CITY – The body of a 27-year-old man believed to have been electrocuted was found floating in knee-deep flood water here on Sunday night.

Police identified the victim as Ed, a resident of Barangay Pantal West, this city.
A man discovered the body. He attempted to rescue the victim but felt electricity in the water, prompting him to call authorities.
Authorities recovered the victim and was declared dead by the city health officer.
