OHNAP @75: Celebrating decades of excellence in occupational health

The Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP), Inc. is set to celebrate its 75th Foundation Anniversary and host its 55th National Annual Convention this September.
With the theme “OHNAP 75 Years of Leadership and Excellence: Remembering the Past Success, Celebrating the Present, and Fueling the Future Progress,” the event will take place on September 4 to 5, 2025, at The Manila Hotel.
Occupational health professionals from across the country are expected to gather for this landmark occasion, which will highlight OHNAP’s contributions over the past seven and a half decades.
It also aims to empower nurses and health practitioners to continue their vital work in protecting the health of Filipino workers.
Leading the preparations are Convention Chair Mercedes L. Castillo and Co-Chair Kim Joseph R. Bito, who assure participants of a meaningful and insightful celebration filled with opportunities for professional growth, networking, and collaboration.

The event aims to underscore OHNAP’s longstanding commitment to promoting workplace health and safety in the Philippines.
Beyond commemorating 75 years of OHNAP’s impact on occupational health nursing, the event is also expected to provide valuable insights from industry experts, offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units (pending approval from the Professional Regulation Commission), and foster engagement among nurses and other stakeholders in the field.
