Fullerton Health marks one year of transforming preventive healthcare

One year after opening in the Philippines, Fullerton Health’s Executive Health Screening and Advanced Diagnostic Imaging center is transforming how executive check-ups are conducted—offering a faster, more comfortable alternative to traditional hospital visits.
Unlike conventional hospital-based screenings that often take a full day or require overnight stays, Fullerton Health’s facility focuses on efficiency and privacy. Patients enjoy their own private pod, completing comprehensive check-ups within two to three hours before returning to their daily routines. “We wanted to change the journey,” says Carmie de Leon, the company’s country general manager.

Despite the shorter duration, the center offers thorough screening packages, including heart and lung CT scans—tests rarely included in standard executive check-ups. “Our goal is early detection,” de Leon explains. “We’ve uncovered serious conditions in patients who appeared healthy.” Packages range from Silver to Diamond, customizable by age and doctor recommendations, and cover a wide array of tests such as digital mammograms, ultrasounds, ECGs, cancer screenings, and food intolerance panels.
Fullerton Health’s innovative approach has earned it the Service Innovation Award from Healthcare Asia, validating its modern take on preventive care. Yet, changing Filipino healthcare habits remains a challenge. “Many still default to hospitals despite longer waits and higher infection risks. We’re showing there’s a better way,” de Leon notes.

Patients have praised the experience, some calling it the “Rolls Royce of executive check-ups.” Looking forward, Fullerton plans to expand services and explore medical tourism, partnering with hotels and resorts to offer relaxation after screenings. As it celebrates its first anniversary, Fullerton Health continues its mission to make quality preventive care more accessible and convenient for Filipinos.
