Several roads in Valenzuela City not passable amid rising floodwaters

Several roads in Valenzuela City are not passable to all types of vehicles as floodwaters continue to rise due to nonstop heavy rains.
Based on the 7:05 p.m. advisory from the Valenzuela City Command Center (VCC3) and various barangays, flooding continues to affect key thoroughfares, including stretches of MacArthur Highway, Maysan, Paso de Blas, and nearby access roads.

The following areas along the heavily used MacArthur Highway are submerged in tire-level floods (26–28 inches):

In front of 3S Dalandanan

Flying V, Malinta
Valenzuela SPED, Malinta
Meanwhile, floodwaters have reached waist level (28–30 inches) at:
Fatima, Marulas
Jollibee BBB, Marulas
Maysan and Paso de Blas Affected
The following areas have also been marked as not passable due to tire-level flooding:

Motorists are strongly advised to avoid these roads and seek alternative routes.
The city government continues to monitor the situation and will issue updates through official channels.
