Two men were caught by security officers in possession of 18 pieces of water faucets worth P135,000 inside a private residence in Parañaque City on Sunday, July 20.
The Southern Police District identified the suspects as Rowel, 24, and Jasper, 21, both residents of Sitio Libjo, Barangay Sto. Nino, Parañaque City. They were arrested at around 1:30 a.m. along Ninoy Aquino Avenue, Barangay Sto. Nino, Parañaque City.

The arrested suspects were immediately turned over by the security officers to the Parañaque City Police Barangay Sto. Nino Substation.
The police said security officers were conducting a routine patrol when they spotted the suspects carrying a suspicious sack. When they were accosted, they attempted to flee.
When the sack was checked, it contained 18 pieces of water faucets worth P135,000; two regulator gauges valued at P7,000, and four rolled royal cords worth P6,000.
