P2-M lost in Tacloban City market fire

A fire at the Tacloban City Market in Barangay 37, Quezon Boulevard, on Saturday caused over P2 million in damage.
The fire reportedly originated from the ceiling of the second floor, particularly the south wing of the MASA Building at around 11:10 a.m.
It started from the City Veterinary Office and quickly spread to the City Treasury Office and the Public Operations Office.
The fire was declared under control at approximately 11:55 a.m.
No casualties or injuries were reported in the fire.
