Cordillera region has new top cop, 13 others reshuffled in latest PNP minor revamp
Three police generals got new posts in the latest reorganization that also involves 11 other senior officers of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
In the two separate orders, PNP chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III named Brig. Gen. Erickson Dilaga, as regional director of Police Regional Office (PRO) Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
He also designated Brig Gen. Ronald Gayo as chief of Firearms and Explosive Office (FEO) and Brig. Gen. Rogelio Raymundo Jr. as Deputy Regional Director for Administration of PRO 3 in Central Luzon.
The order will take effect on Monday, June 21.
On the other hand, Torre also approved the designation of 11 police colonels to new positions.
They are Police Col. Arvin Alcantara from Directorate for Logistics to Directorate for Plans (DPL); Police Col. Richard Bad-Ang from Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) to PRO-4A, or Calabarzon; Police Col. Harold Depositar from DPL to PNP Academy (PNPA); Police Col. Jay Dimaandal from PRO3 to PRO Negros Island Region (NIR); Police Col. Wilson Doromal from DPL to Office of Chief PNP (OCPNP); and Police Col. Frederick Obar from (Office of the CPNP) to DPL.
Police Col. Ariel Red was assigned from CIDG to PRO-4A while Col. Nelvin Richohermoso was moved from PRO5 (Bicol) to PRO 10 (Northern Mindanao).
Police Col. Julius Suriben was transferred from PRO-4A to DL while Police Col. Alikhan Yusop from PRO9 (Zamboanga Peninsula) to the Directorate for Police Community Relations (DPCR). Also, Police Col. Micahel Rae Tuscano was transferred from the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) PRO7 (Central Visayas).
Their designation took effect on July 17.
