Whether it’s a late-night emergency or a late-night self-care need, Watsons is now more accessible than ever. Select branches are open 24/7, allowing customers to purchase essential health, wellness, and beauty products anytime.
As Filipinos continue to lead busier and more unpredictable lives, leading health, wellness, and beauty retailer Watsons is adapting by offering greater accessibility through longer store hours, along with convenient options such as Click & Collect via the Watsons App and home delivery services. Some branches have also extended their operating hours.

Watsons recently opened 29 new stores in the first half of 2025, including several 24/7 locations in Manila and Cebu. These stores offer a wide selection of essentials, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, supplements, personal care items, baby essentials, and skincare favorites. These stores reflect Watsons’ commitment to uplifting the health and wellness of the communities it serves.
