According to Shaun, “When I first heard the demo, it felt raw and honest. It’s a real conversation between two people trying to save their love.”

He even admits that he had a similar experience, leading him to be more vulnerable in recording the single, “I’ve been in a place where I didn’t want to lose someone, and all I could do was ask them to stay and try again. So with this song, I allowed myself to be more emotionally open while performing it.”

Shaun also shares his favorite lyrics, “Please say you love me. And no, we’re not breaking our hearts.” He further explains that, “It captures the exact moment when you’re still holding on to hope even if things are falling apart.”

Love is indeed not always easy, but when two people truly love each other, it becomes worth it. “Get Through” is a poignant, heartfelt, and meaningful anthem for all couples navigating this phase.
