“HYBE Cine Fest in Asia” sponsored by Weverse completed its four-day run, drawing over 320,000 attendees in the Philippines and other countries and territories.
From July 10 to 13, the concert films were screened at more than 370 theaters in 10 regions in Asia.
In the Philippines, the films were shown at SM Cinema.
Held in partnership with Trafalgar Releasing, the festival featured four live concert films from HYBE artists—BTS, Seventeen, Tomorrow X Together, and ENHYPEN—screened in cinemas.
BTS member Jin’s “#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR” in Japan Live Viewing was also livestreamed in select venues on July 12 as part of the event.
In addition, HYBE Cinema Noraebang viewings offered sing-along karaoke sessions for 22 iconic music videos of 10 HYBE artists. Fans gathered to relive the excitement of live concerts, singing and dancing along to their favorite artists on the big screen.
Attendees also enjoyed special on-site events—including instant photo booths, karaoke and dance challenges, and message walls for artists.
This edition reached cinema enthusiasts in South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Hong Kong.
It will continue in Japan next month. Additional screenings are scheduled in Indonesia and Hong Kong later this month to meet high demand.
“‘HYBE Cine Fest in Asia’ is a fantastic example of what’s possible when exhibitors, distributors, and music labels come together to create deeper, more meaningful experiences for fans,” said Marc Alleby, CEO of Trafalgar Releasing. “By transforming cinema lobbies into immersive festival spaces, we offered fans the chance to celebrate the music they love in a truly communal way in cities all across Asia. It shows the unique power of cinemas to connect people and artists through shared experiences that extend far beyond the screen.”
HYBE said, “HYBE Cine Fest is evolving beyond simple concert screenings into a true music festival where fans gather, celebrate, and connect. We will continue to create unique opportunities for fans to experience K-pop in innovative ways.”'
