East Metro drug dealer yields P21.76-M shabu in Pasig City

A man previously jailed for illegal possession of firearms in 2019 landed in prison anew after yielding P21.76 million worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, on Wednesday, July 16.

The suspect was identified as alias Nader, 25, a resident of Barangay Pinagbuhatan.
According to the Pasig City Police, officers from the Station Drug Enforcement Unit carried out the operation at around 11:45 p.m. inside the suspect's home after a police poseur buyer successfully purchased illegal drugs from Nader.
Police recovered 3.2 kilograms of shabu from Nader worth P21,760,000 and other drug-related items.
Col. Hendrix Mangaldan, Pasig PNP chief, said Nader conducts his illegal drug operations in Pasig City, Taguig City, Taytay, and Cainta in Rizal.
Nader is currently detained at the Pasig PNP Custodial Facility and is facing drug-related charges.
