Las Piñas City gets CSC bronze award for human resource management excellence

The city government of Las Piñas was given a bronze award by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for its ongoing efforts to strengthen internal systems and promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence within the local government.
The award was presented to Las Piñas Mayor April Aguilar during the city’s weekly flag-raising ceremony on Monday, July 14, at the City Hall Quadrangle.
The bronze award was presented to the city government under the Civil Service Commission’s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
Aguilar personally received the recognition, which was granted through CSC Resolution No. 2400438, highlighting the city’s effective implementation of documented human resource systems and its achievement of process-defined status across four core areas of HRM, recruitment, selection, and placement (RSP); learning and development (L&D); performance management (PM); and rewards and recognition (R&R). .
The mayor expressed her appreciation to the city government employees and the Human Resource Management Office for their sustained efforts in professionalizing systems and meeting institutional standards required by the Civil Service Commission.
