ERC chair Dimalanta submits irrevocable resignation—Palace

Malacañang confirmed that Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Chairperson Monalisa Dimalanta stepped down from her post.

Palace Press Officer and Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro said on Monday, July 14, Dimalanta has submitted her irrevocable resignation.
“She did. Irrevocable resignation po,” Castro said when asked to confirm Dimalanta's reported resignation.
The Manila Bulletin reported that the ERC chief announced her resignation during his week’s flag raising ceremony.
The Palace, however, did not disclose the reason behind her resignation.
