In an advisory issued on Monday, July 14,, DOLE warned that any form of solicitation or payment under the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) is strictly prohibited, urging the public to avoid fixers and report unauthorized transactions.
The agency said violations of this policy will be addressed under Department Order No. 239, Series of 2023, which outlines the DILP guidelines, and Administrative Order No. 118, Series of 2021, which details the grievance mechanism.
To ensure transparency, DOLE advised individuals to coordinate only with its regional, provincial, or field offices when applying for livelihood assistance, particularly in the National Capital Region (NCR), where unauthorized facilitators have been reported.
