Bulacan police seized over P3.4 million worth of suspected shabu from a 27-year-old woman arrested during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Tikay, Malolos, Bulacan on Sunday, July 13.

According to the police report, the operation was conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and the Malolos City Police at around 12:20 a.m.
Recovered from the suspect were a small heat-sealed plastic sachet and a large vacuum-sealed plastic sachet, both containing suspected shabu with a total weight of approximately 500.42 grams.
The seized drugs were estimated to be worth P3,402,856.
The confiscated evidence was brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for examination, while charges are being prepared against the suspect for violation of Republic Act 9165.
Col. Garcillano said the successful operation is part of the intensified anti-illegal drugs campaign of the Bulacan PNP, in line with the directive of Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr., Regional Director of PRO3.
He added that police continue to strengthen their efforts to combat drug peddling and ensure a safe, orderly, and drug-free community across the province.
