“This area in Quezon City has long been the center of commerce, not just in the metro but in the Philippines,” Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion said during his remarks.
“We’re glad to see that the small businesses here are thriving and that we can help in scaling up their operations through this event,” he added.
Organized by Go Negosyo and supported by the Department of Trade and Industry, 3M on Wheels offers free entrepreneurship coaching, mentoring, and market linkage opportunities to small business owners. The Quezon City leg was held in cooperation with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Quezon City and the city government.
One of the highlights of the event was a talk from the Cesar sisters—Zarah, Patricia, Inah, and Izah—co-owners of the food business Pie-Thing. The siblings shared how they leveraged social media to grow their brand presence and connect with their market, offering valuable insight for fellow entrepreneurs navigating the digital landscape.
The day’s main feature was a one-on-one business mentoring, where Go Negosyo’s pool of volunteer coaches offered personalized advice to Quezon City-based MSMEs.
Concepcion was joined by Quezon City Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office (QC-SBCDPO) Department Head III Mona Celine Marie Yap, PCCI QC External Vice President Richie Cuna, and Mansmith and Fielders Chairman Josiah Go.
