Zeekr opens first showroom in BGC

7X SUV unveiled

Zeekr cars now has a new home in BGC. The Autohub Group, exclusive distributor of Zeekr in the Philippines, opened the first Zeekr showroom in the country, located at 32nd Street corner Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
The showroom can display three vehicles with a dedicated service bay behind the facility. It also features an on-site parts warehouse to support aftersales operations. This is just the first of more to come as a second showroom is already planned.
The event was attended by Zeekr International executives, Jinjan Tian, VP of Zeekr International; Jeff Cao, director of East Asia, Zeekr International; and Victor Shu, Philippine Country Manager.

A highlight of the evening was the unveiling of Zeekr’s next generation luxury SUV, the 7X. Referred to as a Tech-Luxe SUV by Jinjan Tian, the 7X combines electric technology with an elegant design. This midsized crossover SUV is Zeekr’s statement that something this luxurious can still be environmentally friendly.
It’s offered in two variants: the RWD Long Range and the AWD Performance. Both are equipped with an 800V High Voltage System, with a 100-kWh Lithium Nickel Cobalt Manganese Oxide (NCM) battery, which gives the RWD Long Range a 730-km NEDC range. It boasts of 415-hp max power with 440-Nm of torque. The AWD Performance is capable of a 635-km NEDC range, while producing 636-hp max power with 710-Nm of torque. Both can be charged with an 800V DC super charger and can also handle 22-kWh AC charging. The 7X has a 3.3-kW Vehicle to load function.
The RWD Long Range rolls on 19-inch wheels and the AWD Performance rolls on 20-inch alloy wheels. Up front it has the Zeekr Stargate front light panel package, which includes LED daytime running lamps, headlights and tail lamps. It has frameless doors, hidden door handles, and power charging port covers. It is also equipped with a Continuous Control Damping System.
Inside, it’s luxurious with a leather-wrapped, manually-adjustable steering wheel and optional Nappa leather seats. The front seats are ventilated with a massage feature. The rear seats are power-reclinable and the rear side windows have power sunshades. It has an intelligent cabin that runs off the infotainment system which is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chipset. The central screen is a 16-inch 3.5K Mini-LED touchscreen and the instrument cluster is a 13.02-inch HD LCD. There’s also the 36.21-inch heads up display. Audio is provided by the Zeekr Sound Pro with 7.1.4 surround and 21 speakers. There’s triple-zone air-conditioning, dual 50w wireless chargers, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard.
Safety features include the die-cast rear-end body structure, and its structure is reinforced with ultra-strength steel. It’s equipped with seven airbags and one-click window breakers. Of course, it also has an Active Safety System with Mobileye 12V1R ADAS Solution, 360 degree camera, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) + Lane Centering Control (LCC), Auto Lane Change, Autonomous parking Assist and Driver Monitoring System (DMS) and Sentry Mode which utilizes the vehicle’s cameras and sensors to monitor surroundings when the vehicle is locked and parked. If an incident is detected, it can trigger alerts and record video.

The 7X joins the rest of Zeekr’s locally available lineup, the X, 001 and the 009.
