The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 is here.
It’s gotten the same treatment as the Fold7, being thinner and given the Armor Aluminum and Armor FlexHinge for more durability.
Of course, the biggest draw here is the pocket-friendly form. Flip it up and you get the full smartphone experience. The FlexWindow allows you to use the device while it’s in its square form.
In short, it’s still a cute, fashion-forward device. Personally, I like how some users hold the Flip7 while recording a video as if they were holding a camcorder. It’s quite retro with that feeling.
Gemini features are included of course, and will be shipping out with Samsung’s One UI 8.
Samsung has also announced the Flip7 FE. They did not show much of the specs of this one, but highlighted the 50MP camera. And based on the image they’ve shown, the outer screen doesn’t cover the entire screen like the full Flip7. It’ll also come in black and white options only. But it is a bit cheaper than the Flip7, which makes it a decent entry point for those who wants to explore flip-type devices.
