iPeople Inc. to conduct its 2025 Annual Stockholders' Meeting on July 30, 2025

iPeople, Inc. will hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting virtually on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 4:15 PM, accessible via https://ipeople.com.ph/ASM2025/. Only stockholders recorded by June 30, 2025, can vote, and attendance and voting are exclusively remote or by proxy, with no in-person gathering.

To attend remotely or submit a proxy, email [email protected] by July 21, 2025 (proxies by 5:00 PM). Detailed procedures and documents, including the Information Statement, are available on www.ipeople.com.ph and PSE Edge. The meeting will be recorded and posted online.

The validation of ballots and proxies shall be held on July 22, 2025, 2:00 PM, at iPeople inc.'s office at the 8/F Mapua University Makati Campus, 1191 Pablo Ocampo Sr. Extension, Makati City.
