The Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of House of Investments, Inc. will be held on August 8, 2025, at 4:00 P.M., via livestream. Voting will be remote or in absentia for stockholders of record as of July 9, 2025. The agenda includes report approvals, ratification of actions, election of directors, and auditor appointment. Documents will be available on www.hoi.com.ph and PSE Edge.
To attend or vote, email [email protected] by July 29, 2025. Proxies must also be submitted by this date. Proxy validation will occur on July 30, 2025, at the Company’s office, 9F Grepalife Building, Makati. Full procedures are in the Information Statement.
