iPeople, Inc. announces remote 2025 Annual Stockholders' Meeting

iPeople, Inc. will hold its annual stockholders’ meeting remotely on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 4:15 PM, accessible via https://ipeople.com.ph/ASM2025/.
Voting eligibility is limited to stockholders recorded by June 30, 2025. All participation, whether attending or voting, must be done remotely or by proxy. To join the meeting remotely, ensure you email [email protected] by July 21, 2025. Similarly, all proxy forms must reach [email protected] by July 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Detailed procedures and documents are available on www.ipeople.com.ph and PSE Edge. The validation of ballots and proxies shall be held on July 22, 2025, 2:00 PM, at iPeople inc.'s office at the 8/F Mapua University Makati Campus, 1191 Pablo Ocampo Sr. Extension, Makati City.
