At 11 years old, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila isn’t settling into middle age quietly. Instead, it’s throwing a month-long culinary celebration packed with exclusive dishes, signature cocktails, nostalgic flavors, and a few Php 11 surprises for lucky diners.
The sleek hotel perched above the Ortigas skyline marks its anniversary with a variety of themed offers, starting with a seafood lover’s dream at Lung Hin, its elegant Cantonese restaurant. The newly launched Live and Dive promotion runs every Tuesday and Thursday dinner throughout July. Diners who spend at least P1,000 on à la carte orders can enjoy one of three chef-selected seafood dishes—Poached Shrimp in Premium Soy Sauce, Salted Water New Zealand Mussels, or Nylon Shell in Black Bean Sauce—for just P11. It’s a refined deal that reflects Lung Hin’s quiet commitment to quality, balance, and a little luxury.
On the big day itself, July 9, the hotel’s all-day dining destination Cucina unveils its Silk Road Buffet, inspired by the ancient spice and trade routes of Asia. The culinary map includes Iranian-style kebabs, Turkish dumplings, Mongolian grill creations, lamb chops, shawarma, and a warm chai tea to start. Cucina’s Dessert Trolley adds a sweet touch of nostalgia, rolling out slices of the hotel’s most requested cakes—Chocolate Heaven, Red Velvet Cheesecake, and Opera.

To honor the hotel’s roots, the first 11 groups of four guests on July 9 can enjoy the buffet at just P1,600 per person—Cucina’s original rate when Marco Polo opened in 2014. Guests born on July 9 also get a celebratory 50% off the buffet price when dining with at least one full-paying adult. After that, the Silk Road Buffet continues from Thursday to Saturday dinner at P2,888 per guest for the rest of July.
Next up: cocktails with a view. Connect Lounge, the hotel’s lobby bar, raises a toast to 11 years with Cheers to 11!, a curated set of six anniversary cocktails—think Berry Mint Daiquiri, Matcha Gin Sour, and a Coffee Old Fashioned—alongside five classic Marco Polo signature drinks. Priced at Php 411 each, they’re even more enticing during the daily Happy Hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., where a 1+1 deal adds an extra pour to the party. A Cocktail of the Day keeps things interesting for returning regulars.

For night owls, VU’s Sky Bar and Lounge goes late with the 11th Hour Special. From July 1 to 9, all drinks are half-off from 11 p.m. to midnight—as long as at least one food item is ordered per table. The deal covers up to three rounds, making it ideal for a final nightcap above the city lights.
Even Café Pronto, the hotel’s cozy café tucked into the ground floor, gets in on the action. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily, guests can score a medium-sized coffee for just Php 11 when they buy any two pastries or sandwiches—perfect for an indulgent merienda or quick catch-up with a friend.
