Drug suspect arrested in Las Piñas buy-bust

A drug suspect, tagged by the police as a high-value individual, was arrested by members of the Las Piñas City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) during a buy-bust operation on July 5.
Col. Sandro Tafalla, Las Piñas City police chief, identified the suspect as Tol, 25, of Bacoor, Cavite. He was arrested along Earth St., Moonwalk Village, Barangay Talon Singko, Las Piñas City.

Tafalla said Tol was tagged as a high-value individual due to his involvement in the illegal drug trade in the southern part of Metro Manila.
Confiscated from the suspect were three plastic sachets containing shabu, weighing about 57 grams and worth P387,600, a black coin purse, and the buy-bust money.
The city police chief said the suspect was detained at the Las Piñas Police custodial facility and charged with violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
