A total of 112 minors were rescued by the Manila Police District (MPD) and the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) during citywide curfew operations from 10 p. m. to 4: a. m.
Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso reiterated that the curfew aims to keep the children safe from harm.
The minors were brought to the CSWDO for proper documentation and counseling, then released to their parents or guardians with a reminder about their responsibilities.
City officials said the operation is part of a broader campaign to prevent youth involvement in crime and keep them off the streets during dangerous hours.
