Heart Evangelista got dibs on this glow balm, and it's finally here!
Meet Teviant's limited-edition Starbalm Minis—tiny, radiant, and made to shine on every skin tone
When Heart Evangelista casually teased a product on her Instagram reel and said, “Look at this mini. Have you ever seen it before? No you haven’t!”—I was instantly intrigued. That tiny, cute version of Teviant’s Starbalm definitely caught my eye.
“It’s not yet out,” Heart said in the video, holding up the petite balm dressed in a luxe matte rose gold finish.
I wasted no time reaching out to celebrity makeup artist and Teviant founder Albert Kurniawan to get the story on this new launch. “We were so surprised by how our consumers responded to the regular Starbalm,” he said. “Many of them suggested new shades—and even a compact version—so they could retouch their glow anytime, anywhere. In short, we realized that everybody wants to be glowy and have a piece of Starbalm with them wherever they go.”
Just like the original Starbalm, the mini is a three-in-one multitasker with the same formula, scent, and active ingredients—body glower, skin hydrator, and solid perfume. The difference? The mini delivers more shine and comes in limited-edition shades inspired by sparkling cocktails, including Heart’s on-cam pick.
“It’s a new shade,” she said with a smile. “It’s called Prosecco. Why? Because Albert loves to get drunk with Prosecco.”
Three new shades are available exclusively in mini sizes: Prosecco, a shimmering iced crystal; Bellini, a soft baby pink glow; and Cosmo—Albert’s personal favorite—with a multi-dimensional sparkle.
“I’ve always been mesmerized by the glow of these bubbly drinks,” he said. “So when I envisioned these minis, I made sure to include a variety of shine finishes that complement every skin tone and suit any occasion.”
Priced at P795, the Starbalm Mini can fit in your pocket. “You can retouch the glow anytime, anywhere. That’s the purpose of the minis—to bring the glow with them” Albert added, “They’re super easy to use. There’s no right or wrong way—as long as it makes you feel good and look good.”
