After three months of novena prayers, Holy Masses, and processions, the 2025 Antipolo Pilgrimage Season will conclude on July 8.
The Antipolo Cathedral, also known as the International Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, announced on its social media page the end of the season of prayer, novenas, processions, and Holy Masses.
According to the cathedral, the culmination activities will begin with praying of the Rosary and novena at 4 p.m., followed by a 5 p.m. Holy Mass to be presided over by Antipolo Bishop Ruperto C. Santos.
After the Mass, the final procession for the pilgrimage season will take place at 6 p.m., passing through the streets surrounding the city proper.
Hundreds of devotees are expected to join the procession as part of their annual devotion to the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, whose 17th-century image is enshrined in the Antipolo’s international shrine.
Capping the season is a concert titled “Laudate Mariam- Awit at Sayaw Pasasalamat Handog sa Mahal na Birhen ng Antipolo, which will be held inside the cathedral at 7:30 p.m. on July 8.
