Discovery Primea Hotel and Residences partners with AdventEnergy

Two powerhouse companies come together for a strategic power partnership

The landmark collaboration with AdventEnergy marks Discovery Primea’s transition from the captive power market to the competitive retail electricity space to enhance its energy reliability and sustainability initiatives. Developed by JTKC Land and managed by Discovery Hospitality Corporation (DHC), Discovery Primea is known for its high standards in both the residential and hospitality industries.
Under the agreement, AdventEnergy will deliver customized energy solutions tailored to the property’s needs, including a reliable power supply and value-added services.

Held at Flame Restaurant of Discovery Primea, the signing ceremony was led by key executives from all involved parties. The executives present were Danel Aboitiz, Aboitiz Power president and CEO; James Yu, AboitizPower first vice president and head of retail; Gina Camacho-David, AboitizPower vice president and head of Retail Energy Sales, Solutions, and Services; Jonathan Cruz, AboitizPower vice assistant president for Business Development and Strategy; Christopher John Tiu, Discovery Primea Condominium Corporation president and chairman and DWC director; Jose “Jun” Parreño Jr., DWC president and DHC chief operating officer; and David Pardo de Ayala, Discovery Primea general manager.

In effect, the agreement reflects both companies’ broader vision of collaborative innovation. For Discovery Primea, the partnership unlocks more than just energy savings—it positions the property to pursue future upgrades such as energy audits and smarter power management systems.
