Toyota adds two new partners to Insure program for wider coverage

The two new partners, Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation and MAAGAP Insurance Inc., are expected to further strengthen TMP's insurance offerings while enhancing convenience and service accessibility for customers.
Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP) has formalized new strategic partnerships under its Toyota Insure program, expanding its network of accredited insurance providers. The two new partners, Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation and MAAGAP Insurance Inc., are expected to further strengthen TMP's insurance offerings while enhancing convenience and service accessibility for customers.
The partnerships allow Toyota customers in the Philippines to choose from a wider array of insurance providers when availing Toyota Insure, TMP's in-house insurance service that offers full-coverage vehicle protection at competitive rates. The program includes benefits such as hassle-free claims processing, free personal accident insurance, and guaranteed repairs at Toyota dealerships using genuine parts.
According to TMP, the inclusion of Pioneer and MAAGAP aligns with its broader Value Chain strategy, which aims to provide customers with end-to-end services throughout their vehicle ownership journey. This includes financing through Toyota Financial Services and pre-owned vehicle trade-in options via T-Sure.
With this expansion of Toyota Insure, TMP continues to enhance its customer experience beyond Toyota ownership by offering its Value Chain products through the entire vehicle use cycle. TMP provides an array of choices that suit the customers’ needs—from Financing (Toyota Financial Services) to Insurance (Toyota Insure) and when upgrading their Toyota through trade-ins (T-Sure). These offerings provide customer satisfaction and a unique experience that sets Toyota apart from the usual, said Mike Masamayor, TMP First Vice President for Value Chain Operations.

Toyota Insure was launched in 2015 and has since established itself as a preferred insurance service among Toyota customers in the Philippines. The program initially partnered with AXA Philippines, Malayan Insurance, People’s General Insurance, Standard Insurance, and Stronghold Insurance Company, Inc. The addition of Pioneer and MAAGAP is expected to broaden its reach and improve the overall customer experience.
Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation is a leading non-life insurance provider in the Philippines. Established in 1954, it ranks first in gross written premium for 2023 and maintains a paid-up capitalization of ₱300 million. Fully Filipino-owned, the company has longstanding relationships with Toyota Motor Philippines and has partnered with its affiliated services, including KINTO One.
MAAGAP Insurance Inc. began operations in 2001 and ranks twentieth in gross written premium for 2023. With a capitalization of ₱682 million, the company is majority owned by a consortium led by Triple P Capital and the International Finance Corporation. It is accredited across numerous Toyota dealership groups nationwide.
The partnerships with Pioneer and MAAGAP are seen as a step forward in ensuring that Toyota customers have easier access to dependable, dealership-integrated insurance solutions. These collaborations reinforce Toyota Motor Philippines' ongoing focus on customer satisfaction and long-term support across its product and service portfolio.
