Taguig's most wanted person for statutory rape arrested in Romblon
Taguig police operatives arrested a 31-year-old man in Romblon who is facing charges for sexual crimes involving a minor victim on July 1.
In coordination with Romblon authorities, the police nabbed the accused, identified as alias Lemuel, in Barangay Cambajao in Cajidiocan, Romblon.

Lemuel was tagged as the Southern Police District’s No. 2 most wanted person and is facing charges for statutory rape by sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness under criminal case Nos. 9813 and 9814, with bail set at P120,000 and P180,000, respectively.
He was apprehended based on a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Byron San Pedro of the Taguig Family Court Branch 15 on June 2.
The arrest was carried out by the Taguig police’s Warrant and Subpoena Section in coordination with the Cajidiocan police
Lemuel was brought to the Sibuyan District Hospital for medical check-up and will be transported back to Taguig City for detention, pending court proceedings.
