Bosch Car Service has entered into a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) with VinFast Auto Philippines, marking a new step in expanding electric vehicle aftersales support in the country.
The agreement authorizes Bosch Car Service centers nationwide to handle servicing duties for VinFast vehicles. With this, Bosch Car Service becomes the first Level 2 accredited servicing partner for the Vietnamese EV brand in the Philippines. This accreditation follows the completion of VinFast's technical training program, equipping Bosch centers with the necessary skills for tasks such as advanced diagnostics, software updates, campaign repairs, and full warranty services.
A total of ten Bosch Car Service locations are expected to be operational and ready to service VinFast vehicles by the end of June 2025. The SLA was officially signed at Bosch Car Service Bacoor, attended by senior officials from both companies.

Bosch Car Service is a subsidiary of ACMobility and offers a broad range of automotive services, including mechanical and electrical diagnostics. The addition of VinFast EV servicing further supports ACMobility’s broader push to enable e-mobility across the country.
Through this partnership, both companies aim to enhance the overall EV ownership experience by providing accessible, skilled service for connected EVs. It also supports the growing demand for a capable and trustworthy nationwide EV service network as more electric models begin to enter the Philippine market.
