From “The Addams Family” to “The Summer I Turned Pretty” season 3, Prime Video has announced new titles that will stream on the platform in July in the Philippines.
The slate also includes the action-comedy “Heads of State” starring Idris Elba and John Cena, the gripping crime drama “Ballard” based on Michael Connelly’s bestselling novels, “New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt” and “CITY The Animation.”
Here are the shows coming to Prime Video in July:
“The Addams Family” - July 1
Members of the mysterious and spooky Addams family–Gomez, Morticia, Pugsley, Wednesday, Uncle Fester and Grandma--are readily preparing for a visit from their even creepier relatives. But trouble soon arises when shady TV personality Margaux Needler realizes that the Addams' eerie hilltop mansion is standing in the way of her dream to sell all the houses in the neighborhood.

In “Heads of State,” the UK Prime Minister Sam Clarke (Idris Elba) and US President Will Derringer (John Cena) have a not-so-friendly and very public rivalry that jeopardizes their countries’ “special relationship.” But when they become the targets of a powerful and ruthless foreign adversary—who proves more than a match for the two leaders’ security forces—they are begrudgingly forced to rely on the only two people they can trust: each other. Allied with the brilliant MI6 agent Noel Bisset (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), they must go on the run and find a way to work together long enough to thwart a global conspiracy that threatens the entire free world. The film also stars Paddy Considine, Stephen Root, Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid and Sarah Niles and is directed by Ilya Naishuller.

Ballard - July 9
