Magtulungan po tayo (We have accomplished a lot but there's still more that we need to do. I can't do it alone. Let's work together), Fernando said.
He said the Bulacan Technohub and Innovation Center is currently under construction, the modernization of Bulacan Medical Center and other district hospitals is ongoing, as well as vital river restoration and dredging projects, and the development of the Bulacan Farmer's Productivity Center, Bulacan Animal Breeding Center and Multiplier Farm.
Fernando expressed confidence in the democratic process and the trust placed on him by Bulakenyos.
We are given another opportunity to serve and to raise the level of service to the Bulakenyo), he added.
Vice Governor Alexis Castro, who also took his oath of office for his second term, vowed to champion meaningful policies for Bulakenyos. He said it's time to establish a strict environment-friendly law and ordinance that will truly defend the interests of every Bulakenyo family.

Magkasama tayong gumawa ng kasaysayan (I will be your partner in your goal for our province. Your greatness has been engraved on the page of history. We will create history together), Castro said.
