The e-Government Philippines, otherwise known as the eGovPH Super App, has enabled more than 13 million Filipinos to access government services seamlessly, according to the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
With the aim of creating a one-stop shop for government services, eGovPH has enabled over 150 million transactions from national and local agencies.
Based on its website, it has surpassed more than five million downloads since its launch in 2023, recording over 15 million use cases, which refers to the number of times the services have been accessed.
Integrating 75 national government services and 1,305 local government websites and services, eGovPH provides access to national ID, travel declaration, healthcare needs, and more.
This modernization effort from the government earlier received global recognition at GovMedia Awards 2025 in Singapore, when it won “E-Governance Project of the Year.”
During the awards show, the country’s e-Government Data Exchange Platform (eGovDX) was also recognized with the “Digital Transformation of the Year” award for its interoperable ecosystem that enhances data privacy aimed at promoting government efficiency.
According to the DICT, eGovDX is a key component of the government’s digitalization efforts, as it bridges the gap between national and local government systems through the Government-as-a-Service (GaaS) model.
Essentially, eGovDX will enable government agencies to integrate their respective databases and systems with one another in an encrypted and blockchain-enabled environment.
So far, it has now linked over 1,000 government services, processing more than 500 million transactions.
With both systems earning recognition, DICT Undersecretary for E-Government David Almirol Jr. said this affirms President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s vision of bringing government services closer to the people through user-friendly digital tools.
While he noted that international recognition is “gratifying,” Almirol said the real reward is renewed public trust by virtue of a streamlined public service.
“People need to feel that government is working for them. That means faster service, zero lines, and more transparency,” he said in a statement.
The DICT is now urging all government agencies to integrate their services through eGovDX and eGovPH.
“The job isn’t done. This is about building a government that works better—for every Filipino, every day,” Almirol said.
