The two incoming top officials of the Binangonan Municipal Government have taken their oath in simple rites on Saturday, June 28.
Incoming Binangonan Mayor Rhea Ynares and Vice Mayor Russel Guiller Callanta Ynares led the local officials who took their oath at the Casimiro Ynares, Sr. Auditorium in Binangonan on Saturday afternoon.
Rizal Governor Nina Ricci Ynares attended the oath-taking ceremony to witness the event which local government employees also attended.
Both incoming local executives, who will officially assume office on June 30, 2025, were accompanied by their respective fathers, outgoing Mayor Cesar Ynares, whose son is the incoming vice mayor and outgoing Vice Mayor Cecilio Ynares, whose daughter is the incoming mayor.
Judge Rebecca De Guzman of Branch 68 of the Binangonan Regional Trial Court administered the oath-taking of the two incoming local officials.
Callanta Ynares’ wife and his three kids joined them on stage together with the incoming vice mayor’s mother, Dr. Rose Martha Callanta Ynares, as witnesses in the historic event for elected local officials.
